Transdev Australia and New Zealand 2024-2026 Accessibility & Inclusion Action Plan

The plan is based on the creation of an inclusive culture, where employees, customers and partners feel respected and valued. It responds to the diverse needs of the communities Transdev serves, focusing on inclusive hiring practices, strengthening partnerships with various industry players and opening up opportunities for all. The plan echoes the changing demographics of the region, where one in five people live with a disability, and the need to design services adapted to an aging and culturally diverse population. The plan is Transdev’s third key document in 2024, following its Reconciliation Action Plan and Gender Equality Plan.
